Major adjustments to athletics events
The original 8th Barcelona World Athletics Championships, due to the continuous 45℃ extreme high temperature on the Iberian Peninsula, was officially postponed to the end of September and the venue was changed to Oslo, Norway; this year's Tour de France cancelled 2 mountain stages due to the melting asphalt caused by high temperatures, and global events generally adjusted the start / opening time to avoid the midday high temperatures.
