This product is manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and synthetic fibers via a composite process of wire drawing, tufting and back-coating. The turf filaments adopt an anti-UV modified formula, and the backing is a double-layer composite waterproof base fabric coated with styrene-butadiene rubber adhesive, which features high bonding strength and excellent permeability. This product mimics the biomechanical structure of natural turf, and exhibits excellent performance in shock absorption, resilience and lodging resistance, with a flat and uniform surface and unobstructed drainage. It boasts strong weather resistance, enabling stable long-term use under environments with extreme high and low temperatures, ultraviolet radiation and rain erosion. It is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, dust-free and maintenance-free, and is widely applied in outdoor professional sports areas including football pitches, sports fields, campus playgrounds and sports and leisure venues.
